Shipping Policy

Our standard international shipping time is 7 business days, excluding processing. All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, and we aim to ship within 3 business days from our warehouse. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 6 business days. Orders typically arrive within 7 business days after dispatch, though customs or regulatory delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship the available items immediately and the remaining items as soon as they are in stock. It is normal to receive your order in multiple shipments.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS (if a mobile number was provided). Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to update.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize the address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will do our best to make the correction before the order is shipped.

Our item processing time includes a rigorous quality control check of materials, stitching, zippers, and other details to ensure you receive a high-quality product. On average, processing takes 4 business days, but may extend to 5–10 business days for larger orders, stock issues, or during high-volume periods.
