How to Request a Refund

3. Return the item in its original packaging to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.
For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between7-12days to arrive at their destination.  However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, it can take up to35 daysfor items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue.
