How to Request a Refund

2. Share your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and evidence of the damage (photos or video).
3. Return the item in its original packaging to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.
For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between7-12days to arrive at their destination.  However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, it can take up to35 daysfor items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.

The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch.
